Specialised Painting Services ltd have worked for T-Mat engineering as sub –contractors for 3 years and I have personally known Wayne through work for that time. Wayne has spent the 3 years as the preferred sub-contract of paint application at T.Mat and he employed and supervised 6 paint preparation & sprayers on the day and night shift.
Wayne has represented T.Mat on high profile site paint contracts for Alstom / Network Rail West Coast Main Line Upgrade Projects, Ultra PMES / Southern Region Rail, etc.
Wayne and his team are a key part of the production team. He is responsible for his own paint team and ensures his team meets delivery targets and satisfy the high quality standard. Wayne carries out regular quality inspections and fault correction of the work and ensures compliance with health, safety, maintenance and housekeeping requirements.
Wayne has an in-depth knowledge of paints, paint application techniques, repairs etc. He has developed new procedures, work instructions and training over the last few years resulting in very high standard of finish and customer satisfaction.
